Questions men usually ask

Is it painful? +
Most patients report no pain or only mild discomfort, typically 0โ€“3 out of 10, during the procedure and in the days after. Contact the clinic if pain feels severe.
How effective is it? +
Over 99.5% effective once success is confirmed by a follow-up semen test. Late failure is rare โ€” roughly 1 in 2,000 cases.
Will it affect sexual performance? +
No. The testicles continue producing testosterone as normal, and sexual function is unaffected.
Can I drive myself home? +
If you choose the oral sedative, you'll need someone to drive you and shouldn't drive for the rest of that day. Without sedation, most patients can drive themselves if they feel comfortable doing so.
How soon back to normal activity? +
Walking, sitting, and light tasks straight away; many return to office work the next day. Avoid heavy lifting over 23kg and strenuous exercise for 10 days.
Is it reversible? +
Vasectomy should be considered permanent. Reversal may be possible but isn't guaranteed, is more complex, usually needs general anaesthesia, and can be costly.
