Area to Shave before the vasectomy procedure

Operation day :

In the morning, please use a clipper to shave your scrotum, as well as the base and sides of your penis, following the provided diagram.

Avoid using a shave blade or hair removal creams.

If needed, trim any remaining hair with scissors, and then wash the area with mild soap.

Research from Cochrane Medical Studies shows that using a shave blade can cause minor skin trauma, which may increase the risk of infection.
